“Other things may change, but we start and end with family.”
Last weekend our family got together to celebrate Andrew and Chesa’s wedding! I brought my camera but didn’t take any pictures of the bride & groom, the venue, or their decor… (in my defense, they had their own photographers that did a wonderful job!). Thankfully, my camera was put to good use: I got some great snaps of our (extended) family. I’m grateful for family time!
I recently went to a photography Meetup where the focus was portraits. Everyone brought their cameras and took turns being both the photographer and the model (see one of the shots of me being the model for one of my fellow photographer is on my “About Me” page!). It was fun to play around with different locations and different models. I tend to really like the candid shots because I think the models look most genuine and authentic.
Here are a few of my favourite shots from the shoot.
